October 2025!
My therapeutic practice is informed by my own experience as a transgender man, my community and professional experience in healing work, my belief in the power of therapeutic relationships, and over a decade working as a high school teacher, outdoor educator, and coach.
I believe that everyone contains the wisdom, strength, insight, and compassion they need to live the life they long for. Trauma and oppression can block our natural sense of dignity, worthiness, safety, and connection to our bodies, each other, and the wider world. It is my goal as a therapist to help clients connect or reconnect to their own talents, resilience, passions, and aliveness.
In my practice, I strive to build a partnership based on mutual trust, unconditional support, and deep presence with each client, guided by their unique needs and goals for therapy. I see my role as helping clients access their own internal resources, while offering witness, tools, insight, and encouragement in places they are stuck or struggling.
Choosing to start therapy is a brave and vulnerable process. I’m glad you’re here and I look forward to hearing more about you, and what is calling you to therapy today.
