What We Offer

Compensation & Schedule
W2 hourly position starting at $45/hour. You receive the same pay for all hours worked, including admin time, supervision, and trainings.
Minimum 15 client sessions per week. You set your own schedule. One evening per week required - you pick the evening.
Currently fully telehealth. We are opening an office in White Center in 2026. In-office will not be required.

One hour of individual supervision twice monthly
One hour of group supervision/consultation weekly

What You’ll Need
Active WA State license: associate or fully licensed (LICSW/LSWAIC, LMHC/LMHCA, LMFT/LMFTA)
Ability to work fully remote with a private, confidential workspace
Commitment to anti-racism and social justice in clinical and personal practice
Minimum of two years of professional experience providing therapy, case management, social services or other comparable direct client care (this can be pre-graduate work)

Perfectly Queer Counseling is a queer, woman-owned practice with an all-queer team of therapists and interns. We serve ages 13+ across Washington State and specialize in queer and gender-affirming mental health care, including surgical support letters.
