You’ve Built Something Real. Let’s Make It Work Even Better.
Running a therapy practice—or dreaming of starting one—takes more than clinical skill. It takes business savvy, financial literacy, and a clear vision for how you want to work. At Perfectly Queer Counseling, we know that journey firsthand.
Whether you're a newly licensed clinician figuring out your first private pay rate, an associate navigating the path to licensure, or an established practice owner ready to grow, diversify, or finally get your billing under control—professional consultation can help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
All consultation services are provided directly by Leah Post, LICSW, founder and clinical director of Perfectly Queer Counseling, with years of experience building and running a queer-affirming group practice in Seattle.

What We Can Work On Together
Starting or Growing a Private Practice
From setting your fees and creating policies to choosing an EHR and marketing yourself authentically, we can help you build a private practice that reflects your values and actually sustains you financially.
Group Practice Consultation
Thinking about hiring? Already managing a team? We'll explore the operational, financial, and relational dimensions of running a group practice—including hiring, onboarding, staff retention, and building a practice culture that doesn't just look good on paper.
Billing Your Own Insurance as a Practice Owner
Insurance credentialing and billing can feel like a maze. We'll walk through the process together, demystify coordination of benefits, out-of-network billing, and help you build systems that work.
Becoming a Clinical Supervisor
Interested in supervising associates? We'll discuss the requirements, the relational dynamics of supervision, how to structure your supervision practice, and how to market yourself to supervisees.
Alternative Income Streams
Your clinical skills are valuable far beyond the therapy room. We'll explore options like consultation, supervision, training, teaching, writing, and other revenue streams that complement your practice without burning you out.
Your Investment
All consultation sessions are available in-person at our Georgetown office in South Seattle, or via secure video call.
