Accepting new clients!

Welcome! My name is Carlee (they/them), and I am a queer, transmasculine, and neurodivergent individual! As a counselor, I center my work around non-judgemental, affirming, and collaborative care for marginalized and underserved communities. I have clinical experience supporting clients ages 10-65, with an emphasis on the unique developmental needs of adolescents and young adults. Whether you're exploring your identity, living with trauma, struggling with sensory sensitivity or executive function, wrestling anxiety, depression, or intrusive thoughts, or you just need someone who gets it, I'm here for you.

I currently offer talk therapy, utilizing modalities such as person-centered therapy, EMDR, ACT, DBT, exposure-based therapy, and nature-based therapy. I have a passion for working with clients exploring gender and sexuality, navigating life transitions, and managing ADHD, autism, and OCD. Together, we'll harness your strengths and unlock your full potential.

Therapy with me looks like exploring who you are, collaborating throughout the entire therapeutic process, and tailoring treatment to your unique experiences, goals, and needs. My therapeutic approach is all about meeting you where you're at and walking alongside you on your journey. If you're nodding along and thinking, "This sounds like just what I've been searching for," I invite you to reach out! I would be honored to join you on your path toward wellness.
