Accepting new clients!

Howdy, I’m Sien! I’m a queer, mixed-culture, neurodivergent art therapist who believes therapy should feel as human as the people doing it- which means it can be messy, funny, awkward, creative, and deeply tender all at once. I find magic in the mundane, connection in the unexpected, and meaning in life's strange moments. I know what it’s like to navigate a system that wasn’t built for you, to feel like you’re constantly translating yourself, and to carry the weight of multiple cultures, expectations, and identities.

Maybe you're struggling to live your life in line with your values in a world that keeps pushing you away from them, feeling disconnected from your body due by that constant stream of information we're all fed, and longing to reclaim your home in your own body. These struggles can erode your sense of self and make it hard to trust your intuition. As a therapist who gets this deeply, I invite you to start reconnecting with your authentic self.

Therapy with me is like gardening- as we trim back the weeds of your experience and plant new seeds that you want to nurture as they grow.  I center consent, humor, and creativity, and I offer art explorations if that calls to you. I pull from ACT, narrative therapy, existential, and psychodynamic approaches, all through an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed lens.

I specialize in working with neurodivergent, LGBTQIA2S+, and chronically ill individuals, and have experience with complex trauma, OCD, and sex therapy. I also love working with “gifted” folks and artists—helping you channel your unique mind and creative spirit into healing. If you're caught in cycles of shame or disconnection, we can work together to explore what's held you down and reignite your creative flame.
